Program:
Would I be true to the vision of a ‘mind as water’ if the programs weren’t flexible?
Goals:
- learn artistic figure photography through doing
- expand the sensitivity of the participant
- Get the photographer out from behind the camera and experience as a subject = to achieve a new state of mind
- Begin again with a basic light and careful observation of the moment
- discuss subject to photographer relationship
- learn more of the properties of light through photographing the varied surfaces of water
- experiment with the challenges of shooting a subject in the water
- electronic post production settings and techniques to maximize water effects and lighting nuances
Timing:
- One FULL day
- two half days
- three evening classes
