Develop  your personal practice in the evening

Work with Neil on topics such as:

  • developing a sacred space or tea ceremony
  • setting yourself up for good sleep
  • pranayama and breathing techniques for clearing the day’s stress
  • Yin or Restorative poses to erase the day’s stress
  • relieve repetitive stress with an action/reaction pose pattern
  • 2hour session – 5pm-7pm | 5:30pm to 7:30pm | 6pm to 8pm | 7pm to 9pm | 8pm to 10pm
  • setting bodypart goals for month to month progress
  • designing and achieving a personally successful practice of Asana
